Best guess is you are looking at a Tour Group. It is now fashionable to put tourists on Segways rather than asking them to WALK. That would be one step closer to accommodating obesity as a life style and probably is not a group that appreciates the benefits of walking or bicycling.
ReplyDeleteI agree. A Segway is a step backward. Pun intended. Guess we should have seen it coming. A society whose members routinely drive about a parking lot looking for the spot nearest the door will certainly find an exercise free way to use a greenway.
